1、连接刺阀、三通维修阀和氟瓶,并将连接管中的空气排出。
1. Connect the needle valve, three-way maintenance valve and fluorine bottle, and exhaust the air in the connecting pipe.
2、用压力表测出并记下氟瓶内的氟在当前环境温度下的饱和压力值,备查。
2. Use a pressure gauge to measure and record the saturation pressure value of fluorine in the fluorine bottle at the current ambient temperature for future reference.
3、在空调停机状态下,先将刺阀套入过滤器工艺管中,旋转手柄穿透工艺管外壁,再旋开氟瓶、三通维修阀和刺阀,将氟瓶倒立加入少量氟(控制氟量同上),然后关闭三通维修阀。

When the air conditioner is shut down, first put the stabbing valve into the filter process pipe, rotate the handle to penetrate the outer wall of the process pipe, then unscrew the fluorine bottle, three-way maintenance valve and stabbing valve, add a small amount of fluorine into the fluorine bottle upside down (control the fluorine amount as above), and then close the three-way maintenance valve.
4、先开机运转10分钟,再观察三通维修阀上压力表的压力值(高压压力),若符合附表所示值,即在当前环境温度下,氟瓶内的氟的饱和压力(表压力值)与开机运转时压力表的压力值(高压压力)呈对应关系,则表示加氟准确。例如:环境温度为3℃,氟瓶内的氟的饱和压力为1.19MPa,对应的高压压力为1.67MPa,则说明加氟准确。
4. Start up and operate for 10 minutes, and then observe the pressure value (high pressure) of the pressure gauge on the three-way maintenance valve. If it meets the value shown in the attached table, that is, under the current ambient temperature, the fluorine saturation pressure (gauge pressure value) in the fluorine bottle is corresponding to the pressure value (high pressure pressure) of the pressure gauge when starting up and operating, it means that fluorine dosing is accurate. For example, if the ambient temperature is 3 ℃, the saturation pressure of fluorine in the fluorine bottle is 1.19mpa, and the corresponding high pressure pressure is 1.67mpa, it indicates that fluorine addition is accurate.

注意加氟的时候,当开始加的时候,需要将氟瓶倒置,一次倒置的时间不宜过长,要时刻观察压力表和空调的冷风温度,以免一次性加氟过多导致负面影响。
